As a Head of Customer Advocacy at Hearsay Systems, I combine my talents and passion in marketing, communications, coaching and project management, to evangelize the adoption of social media in financial services.
This is a challenging industry, and I enjoy sharing best practices and illustrating the value that social can can add to relationships and business partnerships (especially those "A-HA!" experiences that change minds) through stories and experiences.
I often present on Social Media best practices at industry conferences, seminars, webinars, and training sessions with a hands-on approach designed to educate, enrich, engage and entertain. I also host the Hearsay On the Air podcast with weekly shows released on iTunes, Stitcher Radio, GooglePlay, iHeart Radio and Soundcloud.
As an "idea guy" I thrive in the creative process that propels projects to the next level and enjoy working with teams that have the ability and passion to make things happen. Today, I am fortunate to work in an environment where new ideas and approaches are welcomed and encouraged.
